What is the delivery time of my order?
The delivery time of your order depends on the shipping location. Nearly all parts can be shipped out the same day when ordered before 4:00PM CET. Pallet shipments are an exception on this and can be shipped out in 1-2 working days.
I would like to use a different parcel service. Is that possible?
Yes it is possible, provided you arrange it yourself and have it picked up.
How much do I pay for shipping?
Shipping costs depend on the destination, purchase price, shipping weight and shipping method. They are always clearly stated on our website when ordering the part or mentioned on our quotations.
Can someone other than the ordering party take delivery of the package?
Yes, anyone within your organization may receive your package.
Can I also pick up my package?
Yes, it is possible to pick up your package at SAMM-Electronics in Leek, The Netherlands. You can indicate this when placing the order via Sales.
Can I have it delivered to an address other than the company?
Yes, this is possible. When ordering, this can be indicated via Sales or in the webshop.
What if my product breaks during shipping?
Our advice is to check for visual damage immediately upon delivery of the product. If that is the case then the delivery can be refused immediately (do not accept delivery). Then contact SAMM-Electronics for further processing.
Is sending by courier service possible?
