Warranty

The warranty provided by SAMM depends on the condition of the item. For stock items, we offer the following warranty periods:

  • New, 12 months warranty
  • Refurbished, 12 months warranty
  • Used, 3 months warranty

For items purchased especially for you, the warranty period may differ; in that case, it will be stated on the quotation and the invoice.

  • Is the item a stock item and delivered within the past 30 days? No problem, please contact us for a return form and instructions.
  • Was the item purchased especially for you from one of our suppliers and delivered within the last 30 days? Then we will work with you to find a solution that suits everyone.


On which products and parts does SAMM-Electronics offer warranty?
The amount of warranty given depends on the condition of the part; New parts come with 12 months warranty, Refurbished parts come with 12 months warranty, Used parts come with 3 months warranty
What does 'used' mean as article condition?
The part is in used and untested condition. It did get a visual inspection and it should be in good working condition. This means the part is ready for shipment immediately and it comes with 3 months ...
Are there any conditions for submitting a guarantee?
A warranty claim must be notified in advance. The warranty claim cannot be older then the warranty given upon purchase.
How do I claim my warranty?
Before returning the item, please contact SAMM-Electronics. We can check if we can help remotely, offer an exchange or provide you with a return form to return the item for warranty review.
