Shipping & Delivery

We carefully pack and ship your order as soon as payment is received.

Orders received before 4:00PM CET are usually dispatched the same day with UPS. Pallet shipments are excluded from this and may require additional processing time.

Delivery times depend on your location.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package leaves our warehouse.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown clearly before you complete your order. The buyer is responsible for any custom duties and VAT if applicable.
