The SICK NAV200-1132 from the NAV3xx family is a high-precision LiDAR navigation sensor engineered for reliable vehicle guidance and machine positioning in intralogistics, robotics, and mobile automation. With a 360° field of view and a working range from 1.2 m up to 28.5 m on reflectors, it ensures robust localization in demanding indoor and outdoor environments within a rugged IP65 aluminum housing.
Operating with an eye-safe Class 1 infrared laser (855 nm) at 8 Hz, the NAV200-1132 combines ±4 mm positioning accuracy with excellent thermal stability (typ. 0.1 mm/K). RS-232 data communication is provided via a dedicated 14-pin flange connector, while 24 V DC power is supplied through an 8-pin connector to simplify wiring and commissioning. A reflector memory for up to 5,120 marks supports complex layouts, and compliance with EN 61000-6-2/-6-4 plus shock resistance and LED status indicators deliver dependable performance from 0 to +50 °C; the sensor is not intended as a safety component according to machinery safety standards.
Designed for AGV navigation and industrial positioning tasks, this LiDAR positioning system reduces downtime and accelerates startup by delivering consistent, traceable measurements and straightforward integration into existing control architectures, and it is backed by a 1-year warranty to give your project added assurance throughout the initial deployment cycle.
