The SICK GL6-P6211 from the proven G6 series is a compact, block-style retro-reflective photoelectric sensor engineered for precise object detection in industrial automation. Its visible red PinPoint LED makes alignment quick and intuitive, while the robust design suits conveyors, packaging lines, and assembly cells where reliable detection and fast installation are essential.

A double-lens optics concept with minimal distance to the reflector and integrated polarization filtering ensure stable switching on glossy or irregular surfaces. The sensor offers a usable sensing range of 0.07 to 5 m (up to 6 m max with a suitable reflector), fast response up to 1 kHz, and intuitive setup via a 270° potentiometer with selectable light/dark switching. The ABS/PC housing with a PMMA front lens is built for IP67 operation across -25 to +55 °C, supporting dependable performance in demanding environments.
