The PHOENIX CONTACT EMG 90-DIO 16E/LP lamp test module is built for control cabinets, streamlining centralized lamp testing and fault isolation in industrial automation. With eight diode pairs configured by common cathode, it delivers reliable signal-lamp monitoring and selective test activation for PLC I/O and indicator circuits.
This module integrates 16 x 1N4007 diodes arranged as eight individually switched pairs with a common cathode. Each diode provides up to 1300 V peak reverse voltage with leakage ≤ 5 µA, a typical forward voltage around 0.8 V, and a forward current up to 0.7 A under single-load operation. Rugged M3 screw terminals accept 0.2–4 mm² solid and 0.2–2.5 mm² stranded conductors (AWG 24–12) with an 8 mm strip length; DIN-rail mounting and any installation orientation simplify panel integration. Operating temperature is -20 to 50 °C, and the unit meets CE, EN 61326, and DIN EN 50178.
