Each diode provides up to 1300 V peak reverse voltage with leakage ≤ 5 µA, a typical forward voltage around 0.8 V, and a forward current up to 0.7 A under single-load operation. Rugged M3 screw terminals accept 0.2–4 mm² solid and 0.2–2.5 mm² stranded conductors (AWG 24–12) with an 8 mm strip length; DIN-rail mounting and any installation orientation simplify panel integration. Operating temperature is -20 to 50 °C, and the unit meets CE, EN 61326, and DIN EN 50178.
