The PHOENIX CONTACT OPTOSUB-PLUS-G/OUT is an INTERBUS to fiber optic adapter that converts the remote-OUT interface into a robust optical link using B-FOC connectors. Engineered for industrial automation networks, it extends INTERBUS segments, boosts EMC immunity, and enables long-distance, interference-free communication across cabinets, machines, and process installations.

Delivering dependable performance at 500 kbit/s, the module provides two channels (RxD/TxD) in full duplex over 50/125 µm multimode fiber at 850 nm. With transmitter power of 25.12 µW (-16 dBm) and receiver sensitivity of -27 dBm, it supports optical runs up to 3300 m including a 3 dB system reserve. Power is drawn from the data channel, eliminating the need for an external supply, while a D-SUB 9 interface on the copper side and B-FOC on the fiber side streamline installation. The metallized ABS housing and Class A EMC design suit industrial environments with an operating range of 0 to 55 °C.
