The Omron NX-PG0112 Pulse Output Unit delivers precise high-speed pulse train control for stepper and servo drives within the Omron NX I/O platform. Built for machine builders and system integrators, it adds compact pulse output capability for positioning, indexing and feeder applications, with a slim 12 mm footprint and push-in wiring to simplify cabinet layout and installation.

This module provides one NPN voltage pulse channel up to 500 kHz, configurable for forward/reverse pulse trains or pulse + direction signals to match common driver interfaces. Deterministic performance is supported by synchronous, task period prioritized signal processing inside Sysmac control tasks over the NX I/O Bus. A detachable terminal block accelerates maintenance, and the IP20 construction is intended for protected control panels. The unit is a dedicated pulse generator with no encoder inputs and is neither an IO-Link master nor a safety module.
