The OMRON CP2E-N40DR-D in the CP2E Series is a compact PLC designed for reliable machine control in industrial automation. With integrated Ethernet TCP/IP and universal digital I/O, it delivers a practical balance of performance, connectivity, and footprint for OEMs and machine builders.

This network-ready controller provides 24 PNP/NPN digital inputs and 16 relay outputs on a 24 VDC supply. Dual Ethernet ports streamline TCP/IP integration with plant networks, while optional serial interfaces (RS-232C/RS-422/RS-485) connect to legacy devices. A fast 0.23 µs logic execution time, 20 K steps program capacity, and 16 K words data memory support responsive control. Function Block programming, battery-free memory backup, a real-time clock, and support for analogue option boards (up to 32 analog channels, three expansion units, and up to 160 local I/O points) provide flexibility for packaging, material handling, and general machinery.
