The KEYENCE SR-1000 Automatic Focus Code Reader is a fixed-mount industrial barcode and 2D code reader engineered for high-throughput traceability on packaging, assembly and intralogistics lines. Its compact, IP65-rated housing and proven KEYENCE optics deliver reliable reads on moving targets and variable part heights, making it a strong fit for OEMs and machine builders seeking robust identification in harsh environments.

Powered by a 1280 × 1024 pixel CMOS image sensor with autofocus and high-intensity red LED illumination plus a green aimer, the SR-1000 decodes QR, MicroQR, DataMatrix (ECC200), GS1 DataMatrix, PDF417, Micro PDF417 and GS1 Composite symbols. It achieves a minimum cell size of 0.063 mm and covers a reading distance from 110 to 1000 mm with a typical 122 × 97 mm field of view at 400 mm. Integration is straightforward via Ethernet 10BASE-T/100BASE-TX, USB 2.0 Full Speed and RS-232C, with industrial protocols including TCP/IP, SNTP, FTP, BOOTP, MC Protocol, Omron PLC link, KV STUDIO, EtherNet/IP and PROFINET; three photo-MOS relay outputs (30 VDC, up to 50 mA per channel) and a 24 VDC ±10% supply (approx. 700 mA) provide a PLC-ready electrical interface.
