The KEYENCE LR-X250C is a compact green laser photoelectric sensor engineered for high-precision object detection in industrial automation. With a stable sensing range of 30 to 250 mm and a fine, visible spot, it delivers reliable detection on metals, plastics, and low-contrast targets across packaging, assembly, and material handling applications.

As an M8-connector type device, the LR-X250C integrates quickly into control panels and machine I/O. It provides NPN/PNP open-collector outputs configurable as N.O./N.C., selectable response times from 500 μs to 200 ms, and a 16 to 30 V DC supply. The Class 1 green laser (505 nm) and 1–2 mm display resolution support precise setup, while IO-Link v1.1 (COM2) enables parameterization and diagnostics. A rugged stainless-steel head and IP65/IP67 protection ensure uptime in washdown and dusty environments.

Designed for fast commissioning and low maintenance, this sensor simplifies alignment and changeover and, for added peace of mind throughout the lifecycle, is backed by a 1-year warranty.
