KEYENCE FD-H20 CLAMP-ON FLOW SENSOR New
Need something we currently don't have available? Our sourcing team can help you find what you need
The KEYENCE FD-H20 is a clamp-on ultrasonic flow sensor engineered for industrial utilities and process lines. Mounting externally on metal or rigid plastic pipes without cutting or tapping, it enables non-invasive flow monitoring and thermal energy calculation with zero contamination risk. A bright color LCD and compact head deliver reliable, real-time data to process automation and building services applications.
Using a dual method of transit-time difference and pulse-Doppler, the FD-H20 maintains stable measurement across a wide range of liquids—including water, oils, and chemicals—on typical pipe sizes from 1/2" to 3/4" (≈ ø18–28 mm). Selectable response times (0.5–120 s), accuracy up to ±3% of reading in mid to full scale, and excellent repeatability support precise control. Integration is straightforward via 4–20 mA/0–20 mA analog, pulse output, and IO-Link, powered from 20–30 V DC through an M12 8-pin connector. Industrial IP65/67 protection, built-in data logging via USB, and diagnostic modes such as bubble detection streamline commissioning and maintenance.
Ideal for OEMs, system integrators, and plant engineers seeking fast retrofit and minimal downtime, this non-invasive flow meter helps optimize pumps, heat exchangers, and energy balance without process interruption, and to support your project it is supplied with a 1-year warranty.
