ABB Tina 4A is a compact DYNlink connection block that streamlines machine safety installations. It enables series connection of up to four DYNlink safety devices such as E-stops, guard switches, and light curtains, reducing wiring effort while keeping diagnostics clear and maintenance efficient.
Equipped with four M12-5 female sockets for sensor connections, each device’s information signal can be wired separately to support status monitoring and troubleshooting. Tina 4A integrates seamlessly with the DYNlink safety circuits of ABB Vital and Pluto as well as B&R X20, operates from a 24 V DC supply, and withstands demanding environments with IP67 protection and an operating range of -10 to +55 °C. Unused M12 ports must be sealed with Tina 1A blind plugs, and the connection cable to Tina 4A should have a 7 to 12 mm diameter for secure routing.
